I was told that Karnataka Bank is a private Bank with no scope for candidates. I enquired. Apart from salary, the perks and benefits are not applicable as given to Nationalised banks. The bank has few branches so transfers are from one corner to another .Work load is very high . For every 3 staff in nationalised bank here there is only 1 person. So you do 3 peoples job. There is no pension benefits
In short it is said that it is better not to apply .Please inform all Brothers & sisters so that they do not get stuck in Karnataka Bank.
