Central Bank of India CBI Invites eligible candidates for the recruitment of 1163 Clerk jobs all over India for the years 2010-2011.

Total No.of Vacancies: 1163 posts
Opening and Closing dates of payment of Application Fee and on-line registration are from 09-11-2010 to 08-12-2010.
Tentative Date of Written Exam: 13-02-2011
Central Bank of India CBI Clerk Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification:
Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government.
(or) A pass with 50% marks in HSC examination of 10+2 (10+2+3 pattern) /11th Std. of (11+1+3) pattern or Intermediate/Pre-University or any equivalent examination/Diploma in Banking recognized by Central/State Government or U.T. administration. (or) A pass with 60% marks in the aggregate in Matriculation/SSC (old pattern)/SSLC/10th std. Examination of 10+2+3 pattern or equivalent.
For SC/ST/EX-Servicemen/PC, the educational qualification is relaxed as below:
A pass in HSC examination (10+2) of 10+2+3 pattern/11th Std. Examination of 11+1+3 pattern/Pre-University or equivalent examination. (or) A pass with 50% marks in the aggregate in matriculation/SSC (old pattern) SSLC/10th Std. In (10+2+3) pattern or equivalent examination.
Central Bank of India Clerk Age Limits: Minimum Age Limit: 18 years Maximum Age Limit: 28 years
Central Bank of India Clerk Scale of Pay (Salary):
Rs.7200-19300 Approx. total emoluments at the start of the scale will be Rs.11000/-(approx.) inclusive of DA,CCA & HRA at Metropolitan Center. In addition Medical Aid, Hospitalization scheme, Leave fare concession, Retirement benefits are admissible as per Bank’s rules.
Central Bank of India CBI Exam Pattern,Selection Procedure:
The Selection procedure is based on the merit in Written Test & Interview. Written Test Comprises Objective Type Test & Descriptive Type Test.
Objective Type Test Pattern:
1.Reasoning 2. English language 3. Numerical Ability 4. Clerical Aptitude.
There will be Negative Marking for each wrong answer in objective type test.
Descriptive Test- It will consist of 5 compulsory questions with internal options, to assess knowledge on Socio-Economic Developments and Communication skills. The descriptive test is only a qualifying test.
Candidates passed in the Objective & Descriptive Test are called for Interview based on the vacancies & merit basis.

i am one of the selected candidates in the cbi clerks exam held on 13 feb 11.my fat namelate laxman mandal my mot tara devi at dakhli tola dist bhagalpur bihari have lost my challan slip is other atternaiveand.i have not yet received the interview call letter nor any info about the interview in the email address that was given by me at the time of applying. please help me in getting the interview date and venue.
